The HR Manager is responsible for all Human Development (find, grow, keep) and Systems Support (process improvement, Exact system, general IT coordination icw agency). Also the HR Manager will look at the HR related topics within Office Management (setting and safeguarding Playground rules, and coaching the Office Manager). Besides this, the HR Manager also will coordinate the integration of, and the communication between, the Amsterdam office and external offices and -staff.
Human Development (find, grow, keep)
Find: help MD with defining org chart, roles, competences, culture, etc, in order to improve and coordinate recruitment.
Grow: develop Competence Mgt system, including evaluation process, internal- and external training, and (yearly) remuneration. Preferably integrate in the new Exact system.
Keep: define with MD & FD incentives to bind and keep employees for longer term, e.g. secondary remuneration, anniversary, bonuses, RSU’s, or other long term incentives
Playground: set and safeguard internal Playground rules.
HR administration: lead the external agency on pay rolling, pension, holiday admin, etcetera.
Process- and Operations improvement (icw Operations Mgr).
Exact System implementation and coordination for the Amsterdam Office (icw Operations Mgr based in London).
Coordination of IT system, hardware and support (icw 2ML agency).
Integration of, and communication within, the offices
Support the offices outside Amsterdam, to be part of the team.
Drive and improve internal communication between the offices.
Safeguard culture and Playground rules within the offices.
The HR Manager will be part of the Support Team, and should become an MT member.
The HR Manager will take a leading role on his/her projects, working closely with both internal and external partners.
Internally your main partners are Sr Management (CEO, MD & FD) and off course your colleagues in external offices outside Amsterdam including ceative, sourcing &pProduction
logistics and marketing.
Externally you are in constant communication with external HR & recruitment agencies, in NL and international, external payroll- and pension agency
and 2ML (IT agency).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
It is essential you have a higher education, by preference academic (in Dutch WO or HBO), and business related with at least 5 years experience in Human Development, preferably with international scope.
You have experience in IT & Systems and Process Management and are fluent in English, and ideally at least one second language (not necessarily Dutch – although at least understanding Dutch is a nice-to-have).
It is very desirable you have affinity or experience with Retail, Entertainment, Media, Kids Marketing, Digital.
You are an open and collaborative personality (able to lead/coordinate, but also to service/support).
You are a likeable and professional teamplayer (spider in the web, a trustworthy confident) and have a great drive and great will to win.
You are an initiator, autonomous (‘driver seat’ and ‘make it happen’ mentality).
You have strong organizational skills (eye for detail, stress free, goal oriented), analytical skills, understanding systems, data, budgets and financials.
With many nationalities within the company, you have the competence to work in an international environment.
